Infrared thermal imaging technology converts invisible infrared energy emitted from objects into thermal images through infrared detectors and optical imaging lenses. The color variations in the measured thermographic image represent different temperatures of the target object, allowing intuitive and rapid assessment of high, low, and distributed temperatures across the surface.

FOTRIC operates the ZXF Laboratory located in Dallas, Texas, USA, and has established the “Institute of Infrared Optoelectronic Technology Applications” in collaboration with the Wuxi Research Center of the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
